Guarantee a specific number of sales or viewings.

Provide legal or financial advice
Guarantee lead quality to 100% (though we aim for high standards)
 
For Property Buyers

Personalised property alert emails
 
Connection to relevant estate agents

We do NOT:
 
Act as estate agents or property finders
 
Provide mortgage or legal advice.
Guarantee you’ll find a property.

Agent Subscription Terms

Agents choose from three packages:
 
Starter: £350/month – 10 leads
Professional: £595/month – 20 leads
 
Premium: £950/month – 35 leads prices exclude VAT (if applicable).
Payment Terms
 
Billing: Monthly recurring subscription via Stripe
Due Date: Charged on the same date each month
 
Payment Method: Credit/debit card or bank transfer
Failed Payments: Service suspended after 7 days; terminated after 14 days

Late Payment: £50 administration fee after 14 days overdue
 
Service Delivery
 
Lead Delivery: Within 48 hours of sign-up, then ongoing
 
Lead Volume: Target numbers stated in package (may vary +/- 20%)
Lead Quality: Pre-qualified with verified contact details
 
Exclusivity: Leads sent only to you (not shared with competitors)
Timing: Delivered during business days (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
 
Agent Responsibilities
 
You must:
 
Contact leads within 48 hours of receipt.
 
Update lead status in CRM regularly
Provide feedback on lead quality

Comply with all applicable laws (estate agency regulations, GDPR, PECR)
Not resell or share leads with third parties
Maintain professional standards when contacting leads
 
Refund & Replacement Policy 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Available in the first month only

Full refund if dissatisfied (no questions asked)
Request within 30 days of the first payment
 
Lead Replacement:
 
Fake/invalid leads replaced within 7 days of receipt
